Lucy Millard

Lucy Millard currently serves as the Director of Growth Ventures at BNY, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Lucy worked at Masttro for over seven years, where professional responsibilities included serving as the Global Head of Client Experience, Executive Director, and Head of the Global Solutions Engineering Team, which Lucy successfully launched and scaled.
