Russell Perlman

Russell Perlman currently serves as the Global Head of Contracting/Sourcing at BNY Mellon, managing billions of dollars in spend since February 2020. Prior to this role, Russell founded RussCo Consulting, providing support in IT negotiations, business development, and automation consulting from March 2019 to February 2020. Russell's experience includes serving as VP - Global Head of IT Vendor Management at AIG, where a centralized global IT vendor framework was designed for over $1 billion in vendor spend, and as Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, implementing a global vendor management program. Russell has held key positions at UBS, KPMG International, ABN AMRO Bank, and Ness Technologies, focusing on outsourcing strategies, vendor governance, and contract management. Russell earned a Master's degree in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Planning and Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
