Sean Rogan

Sean Rogan currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Institutional Relationship Management at BNY since November 2024. Prior to this role, Sean served as Vice President and Head of Operations at Beech Hill Securities, Inc. from July 2021 to October 2024, and worked at Beech Hill Securities in various operational roles from July 2016. Sean's responsibilities included managing Middle Office/Back Office functions, ensuring timely trade settlements, and overseeing compliance reporting. Earlier experience includes serving as an Aide in the New York State Senate and Chief of Staff for Legislator Kevin McCaffrey, where Sean advised on strategy and public policy. Sean's career began as a Field Director for a campaign, overseeing campaign operations. Sean graduated from Hofstra University in 2012 and attended St. Anthony’s High School.
