Allison Brooks

Allison Brooks is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people management and organizational culture. Currently serving as Head of People at BNZ since September 2025, Brooks previously held the position of Head of People & Culture at Eatable Adventures and served as Head of People at Frenetic, a tech startup specializing in AI-driven magnetics solutions. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at ABEI ENERGY and a consultant at Robert Walters, focusing on HR executive search and talent development. Earlier experience includes designing English training programs at Grupo OHL and coordinating ESL classes at LANGUAGE ACTIVITIES INTERNATIONAL SL. Allison Brooks holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros and a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science & Psychology from the University of Delaware.
