Richard and Theresa Ng spent their teen years working in their family run restaurant, Dragon Inn, working hard and developing a passion for the art of the restaurant business. With a strong desire to serve the highest quality Chinese cuisine in a fine dining atmosphere, the two young entrepreneurs created the Bo Lings concept in 1981. The business grew steadily, beyond their imaginations, due to a combination of hard work and authentic dishes created using the highest quality ingredients available. The Ng family continues to carry on the long-time family tradition with Richard and Theresa's kids working along side them. Today, they still share the principles and a commitment to providing quality Chinese cuisine in a comfortable and unique environment. Their recipes have been passed down from previous generations, and from our family to yours, we welcome you to Bo Lings and look forward to serving you!
