Charlie Li

Charlie Li is an experienced operations professional with a background in managing production processes across various industries. Currently serving as Plant Operations Manager at BOA Group since August 2018, Charlie oversees production capacity control, ensuring the timely completion of production orders for air exhaust systems. Previously, Charlie held the position of Manager of Operations at Habasit, managing teams and reporting to senior management while focusing on power transmission and conveyor systems. Prior experience includes roles as Operation Manager at TEK Group, QC Manager at Geberit, and Quality & Production Supervisor at VEKA. Charlie holds a degree in International Business from East China University of Science and Technology and has foundational education from the Shanghai Institute of Technology.
