Adriano Afonso has a diverse and extensive background in IT, specifically focusing on CRM implementations and management. With over 20 years of experience in companies like Oracle, Accenture, HCL Technologies, and currently at Boa Vista SCPC, Adriano has honed their skills as a CRM Consultant, Project Manager, and IT Delivery Manager. Adriano has been involved in major projects involving the migration and implementation of various CRM systems, as well as automation systems. Adriano holds a MOUNTAINEER degree in Salesforce Advanced Admin from Trailhead by Salesforce, and has a degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
