Eraldo B. has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and architecture. Eraldo started their career as an Administrator of Networks at Nordemaq Comercial de Maquinas Nordeste Ltda in 1995. Eraldo then worked as a Network Analyst at various companies, including Magazine Luiza and Luizalabs. Eraldo held roles such as Coordinator of Network Infrastructure and Telecom, Coordinator of Network Infrastructure, and Infrastructure Architect. At Magazine Luiza, they were responsible for defining and implementing infrastructure solutions for business projects, including cloud infrastructure in both public and private clouds. Eraldo joined Dasa in 2016 as a Cloud Infrastructure Architect and later became the IT Digital & Architecture Superintendent. Currently, they are the CTO at Boa Vista.

Eraldo B. obtained an MBA in Architecture Solutions from Fiap - Faculdade de Informática e Administração Paulista in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Information Technology Management and Business Planning from Faculdades COC - Newton Paiva - Ribeirão Preto from 2007-2010. In terms of additional certifications, Eraldo B. achieved certifications such as Kanban System Design, Virtualized Infrastructure Specialist Exam for Cloud Architects, Cloud Infrastructure and Services Exam, ITIL® Foundation v2011, and Microsoft Certified Professional.
