Christian Harig is a seasoned professional in product innovation and development, currently serving as Senior Team Lead for Product Partner Innovation & Development at BOA® since March 2025. As Senior Manager of Global Innovation at icebreaker, a VF Company, from January 2021 to January 2023, focus was on performance innovation and sustainable materials. Christian's extensive background at Puma SE from January 2008 to January 2021 involved leading innovation research and biomechanics teams, contributing significantly to product development through rigorous testing and research. Early experience includes a role as Product Test Manager for Running at adidas from January 1998 to January 2000, specializing in biomechanical testing. Christian holds both an M.Sc. and a Ph.D. in Sport Science with a focus on Biomechanics, Sports Medicine, and Physiology from Universität des Saarlandes.
