John Crow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and management. Currently serving as a Customer Support Manager at BOA® since October 2012, John has advanced through various roles within the company, including Consumer Support Supervisor and Factory Account Supervisor. Prior to BOA®, John held the position of Assistant Manager at Vail Resorts, and previously worked at Specialty Sports Venture as Shipping and Receiving Manager and in sales. John began a career in the hospitality industry as an intern at Stonebridge Companies. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, obtained in 2008, and was educated at Lawrence Academy from 2000 to 2004.
