Zamina Allakhverdieva

Zamina Allakhverdieva serves as the CEO of CRP Consulting since March 2020 and has been a member of the Board Community since July 2020. Previously, Zamina held the position of COO at MAD HEADS Association from November 2017 to March 2020. Zamina's extensive experience in retail includes serving as Chief Operations Officer at Affliction Ukraine, Ltd, where business operations were launched in Ukraine, including the opening of two brand stores. Zamina also led projects at Trading Company «Korolevskiy» and expanded the Arber Group’s retail chain significantly while working as Retail General Manager. Earlier career roles included Senior Sales Coordinator at USK building, Chief of Sales Department at Trading House «Press-Sluzhba Odessa”, and Assistant to the Director at «Svit» LTD. Zamina earned a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Odesa National Economic University between 2004 and 2009.
