Previously, Wlodziu held senior roles in pre-sales and business consultancy at Logility and Oracle, specializing in merchandise planning and retail solutions. Wlodziu's career spans over three decades, with foundational roles in merchandising at Next Group PLC and Adams Childrenswear, and early management experience at Tesco. Wlodziu holds a BA in Arts & Humanities from De Montfort University.
