Marya Ryan

Marya Ryan, PhD, CAE, PMP, ICE-CCP, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, where strategic initiatives are implemented across departments. As Owner of OneEarth Consulting, Inc., business services related to program and project management, research, and communication are provided. Previous roles include Program Director, Industry Relations Manager, Director of Certification, and Zero Waste Coordinator, where key responsibilities involved program launch, credentialing management, and waste reduction efforts. Marya Ryan holds a PhD in English from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
