Caitlin Christ

Caitlin Christ has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and development. Caitlin currently holds the position of Senior Director of Marketing and Development at the Board of Child Care, where they collaborate with various teams to achieve the organization's mission and strategic goals. Previously, Caitlin served as the Marketing Manager at Carroll County Dance Center & Ballet Conservatory from 2015 to 2022. Caitlin also worked as the Director of Development at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. from 2020 to 2021. Before that, Caitlin held the role of Director of The Fund for Bryn Mawr at The Bryn Mawr School from 2014 to 2020. Caitlin gained experience in donor relations and stewardship as the Associate Director at Children's National Health System from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Caitlin worked at Johns Hopkins University as a Development Events Coordinator from 2009 to 2012, where they were responsible for planning and executing various events. Caitlin also worked as a Marketing and Promotions Consultant at Red Zone Adventures from 2009 to 2010. Caitlin started their career as a Marketing and Events Coordinator at Sylvan Learning from 2007 to 2008 and as an Account Executive at Cumulus Media in 2007. Throughout their career, Caitlin has demonstrated expertise in marketing, fundraising, event planning, and donor relations.

Caitlin Christ obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2007. Caitlin later pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 2010 to 2012.
