Laura Stevens

Laura Stevens PhD is a seasoned professional in the fields of data, artificial intelligence, and organizational strategy, currently serving as Managing Director at the Board of Innovation since February 2025. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Vice President of Data & Artificial Intelligence at dsm-firmenich from August 2023 to February 2025, and Vice President of Global Strategy, Analytics & Employee Experience at DSM from March 2021 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes various roles at Deloitte, where Laura advanced from Consultant to Senior Manager between September 2014 and March 2021. Laura's academic credentials include a PhD in Educational Sciences from Ghent University, obtained in 2014, and research experience on neurocognitive aspects of impulsivity and addiction treatment outcomes. Additionally, Laura completed a PhD internship at Monash University and contributed to research on poly-substance misuse and mental health at the University of Antwerp.
