Vincent Pirenne began their career in 2013 as an International Speaker for Speakersbase. In 2014, they joined Board of Innovation as Partner I Head of Global Partnerships, Founder & CEO I Board of Innovation NYC, Innovation Strategy Lead, and Business Designer. In 2015, they were a Social Innovation Consultant for BoardofInnovation.social and a Corporate Venture Coach for Sappi Europe. Vincent also co-founded Gifts by Sir in 2016. In the same year, they joined Roche as a Digital Health Strategist and UNILIN as a Corporate Venture Coach. In 2017, they became Business Model Innovation Capability Lead for Philips and Venture Builder for Vanderlande. Additionally, they were a Lecturer & Mentor for European Innovation Academy from 2015 to 2017.

Vincent Pirenne began their education in 2000 at Sint Rita College, where they earned a Distinction in Mathematic - Science in 2006. Vincent then attended the University of Antwerp, completing a Master of Science (MS) in Product Development in 2012. During this time, they also completed a Master of Science (MS) at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in European Project Semester in 2011. In 2012, Pirenne earned a Master of Management from the Antwerp Management School in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Most recently, they attended Harvard Business School, completing a Disruptive Strategy (with Clayton Christensen) in 2019.
