Charlie Jackson

Charlie Jackson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the education and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Special Programs at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia since June 2014, Charlie Jackson develops and manages strategic marketing plans for the Georgia E-rate Team, oversees a budget exceeding $15 million, and enhances systems to optimize engagement with the FCC’s e-rate program. Prior to this role, Charlie Jackson was an E-Rate Specialist at Information Transport Solutions and held positions such as Director of Business Development, State E-Rate Coordinator at the Georgia Department of Education, and Account Executive at T-Mobile. Charlie Jackson holds a Master of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University and a degree from Georgia State University.
