Patrick Harris

Patrick Harris, D.Sc., serves as the Senior Associate for Digital Solutions & IPEDS Reporting at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia since November 2011. In this role, Patrick oversees federal reporting operations and drives digital innovation within the Research and Policy Analysis team, focusing on enhancing transparency, regulatory compliance, and efficiency through AI technologies and data visualization tools. Previous experience includes positions as a Research Associate at the same institution, Production Support Team Lead and Business Systems Analyst IV, as well as various roles at Athens Technical College, including Director of Financial Aid and Registrar. Patrick's early career involved financial analysis in the real estate sector at CBRE and Richard Bowers & Co. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Science in Information Technology from Middle Georgia State University, an MBA from Piedmont University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Real Estate from the University of Georgia.
