Fernando Angel possesses extensive experience in data management and technical operations, currently serving as a Data Technician II at Columbus Water Works since August 2020, following roles as Data Technician I and CSO O&M Technician. Prior to this, a distinguished career in the US Army spanned two decades, culminating in retirement in August 2020. Fernando is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography at Troy University, expected to be completed in 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies and an Associate of Arts in General Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
