Gene Albano

Gene Albano currently holds the positions of Director and Chief Engineer in the Department of Facility Maintenance for the City and County of Honolulu and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Honolulu Board of Water Supply. Additionally, Gene Albano is a Senior Project Manager at THE CHONG GROUP, LLC. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at WSP USA and various leadership positions within WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff - Asia Pacific, including President of WSP Hawai’i and Senior Electrical Engineer at Nakamura, Oyama and Associates, Inc. Gene Albano earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania.
