Rachel Wallis

Rachel Wallis serves as Membership Director at Board.org since June 2021, overseeing confidential, vendor-free communities focused on data privacy and enterprise data strategy for leading companies. In parallel, Rachel holds the same title at Assemble since March 2025. Previously, Rachel was the Director of Shoes for Orphan Souls at Buckner International from December 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included program management and community relationship development. At the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth, Rachel served as Director of International Business and Protocol Services from September 2011 to November 2015, providing expertise in international relations and event planning. Earlier roles include Program Officer and Program Associate at Meridian International Center, implementing the Department of State's International Visitor Program. Rachel earned an MA in Contemporary European Studies from the University of Bath and a BA in Political Science and French from Southwestern University.
