Tom Waterhouse

Tom Waterhouse is a strategic advisor and consultant with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving at Thomas Waterhouse Consulting and Thriving Talent. As Chief Operating Officer at InnovADR, Tom leads the development of innovative dispute resolution services. Previous roles include Board Member and Project Director at MedTech Holdings, and European Pay Equity Consultant at Gapsquare.
