Susan C. Keating

Susan C. Keating is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various financial and corporate organizations. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of the Board Risk Committee since April 2024, Susan previously held the position of Chief Partnership Officer at the same committee. Notably, Susan was the Chief Executive Officer of the WomenCorporateDirectors Foundation from December 2017 to December 2021, leading the largest global organization of women board members. Earlier roles include Chief Executive Officer of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling from 2004 to 2017, and various senior leadership positions at Allfirst Financial, First Maryland Bancorp, and Bank of America. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Northwestern University.
