Alhad Posam

Alhad Posam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Enterprise Business Manager for BoardPAC since July 2017, Alhad leads teams in India and the APAC region to drive revenue, focusing on large organizations and government markets, while fostering key partnerships and developing new markets. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Business Solutions at BoardPAC, where Alhad was integral in expanding the company's presence in India, as well as Key Account Manager at LyncBiz Corporation. Alhad's career began with significant sales and marketing roles at Belimo and various internships, including with Cisco Systems and in customer-centric sales management in Kenya. Alhad holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies from Xavier Institute Of Management and Research and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from Agnel Charitable Trusts Fr Conceicao Rodrigues Institute of Technology.
