Annette has 37 years of professional and commercial experience, Annette's executive career includes a range of senior roles with Black Rock, Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission, MinterEllison, Ernst & Young and, prior to EY, the International Accounting Standards Board. She has extensive global experience in designing and implementing large, complex transformations, and a strong track record in unlocking organizational potential.
Annette is currently a Non-Executive Director and member of the Investments Committee and Audit and Risk Committee of listed investment company Mirrabooka Ltd, and a Non-Executive Director of The Trawalla Group. She is also a Non-Executive Director of the Melbourne Business School. and Chair of the School’s Finance, Audit and Risk Committee. She is a member of The University of Melbourne's Faculty of Business and Economics Board, and has joined Monash University's Industry Council of Advisors.
Annette previously served on the board of Airservices Australia, and as Chair of Airservices' Audit and Risk Committee oversaw a complete transformation of the organisations approach to risk management. She has also previously served as a Non-Executive Director or Advisory Board member for a wide range of government and NGO boards. Annette was Victorian Chair of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a member of the Business Council of Australia's Economic Policy and Competitiveness Committee.
Annette has attended executive leadership programs at a range of prestigious business schools including Harvard, INSEAD and Kellogg. She is a member of Chief Executive Women and a Monash University Fellow. She was awarded an Order of Australia in the Queen's Birthday 2020 Honours List for her significant service to business and to gender equality and inclusion.
