Helen Tang

Helen Tang has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance and engineering. Helen started their career as a Software Engineer at Asiainfo in 2012, where they focused on providing integrated information solutions to government and enterprise customers. In 2016, they transitioned to MacroHealth as a Quality Assurance Engineer, responsible for developing and executing SQA plans and activities. Currently, Helen is serving as the Director of Software Quality Assurance at BoardPAC. In this role, they oversee and manages the manual and automated testing and release activities for multiple QA product teams. Helen'sexperience encompasses working with enterprise software, web front-end, Oracle or SQL server databases, and managing QA activities across different companies and projects.

Helen Tang has a Master of Computer Information Technology from Simon Fraser University, where they studied in the Department of Computer Science from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Information Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2004 to 2008, specializing in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.
