Suvini Karunaratne

Suvini Karunaratne has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Associate Director Legal at BoardPAC since December 2020, with prior roles as Senior Manager Legal and Manager Legal. Before joining BoardPAC, Suvini held the position of Group Manager Legal and Assistant Company Secretary at Just In Time Group (Sri Lanka) for six years, alongside previous experience as a Legal Officer and Assistant Company Secretary. Starting a legal career at Amarasuriya Associates as a Junior Legal, Suvini has a strong educational background, holding a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Cyber Security, International Business, and Trade Law from General Sir John Kotelawala Defence University, an MBA from Cardiff Metropolitan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from the University of London.
