Richard Lee has extensive work experience in the banking and finance industry. Richard is currently the Sales Director at BoardRoom Limited. Prior to this, they worked as a self-employed Share Trading & Investor. Richard has also held various leadership roles at MARUHAN Japan Bank Lao, AmBank Group, Maybank, RHB Banking Group, Kuwait Finance House, and Public Bank. Richard'sroles included Head of Customer Value Management, Head of Business Performance Management, Head of Sales Management, Head of Payroll & Employee Partnership, Regional Director, District Manager, Branch Manager, and SME Account Manager. Richard has been working in the industry since 1997.

Richard Lee completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance & Business Administration from the University of Strathclyde in 1995-1996. In 2021-2022, they attended AICB and obtained a Chartered Banker degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Richard also holds various additional certifications including Associate from the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers, CEILLI from The Malaysian Insurance Institute, CUTE from the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM), Consumer Credit Professional from the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers, Investor Protection Professional Certification (IPPC) from the Securities Industry Development Corporation (SIDC), PCE - Life & General from The Malaysian Insurance Institute, Private Retirement Scheme (PRS) from the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia (FIMM), Professional banker from the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers, and Takaful basic examination from the Malaysian Takaful Association.
