Bruce Weber serves as President and CEO of Weber Group since March 2009 and is an Official Member of the Phoenix Business Journal Leadership Trust since April 2020. With over a decade of experience as a Certified Governance Trainer with BoardSource since July 2014, Bruce also contributes to the Desert Botanical Garden as a member of the Board of Trustees since 2005. Prior professional experience includes a Business Development Executive role at Microsoft from May 1991 to September 1999, focusing on sales management and business development, and an Account Executive role at Hewlett-Packard from March 1983 to May 1991. Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, achieved with Cum Laude honors.
