With extensive experience in higher education and nonprofit sectors, Carolyn has held roles such as Lecturer for the Graduate Program in Arts Leadership at the University of Houston and Certified Governance Trainer at BoardSource. Past positions include Director of Donor Engagement at the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Director of Development at St. Luke's Health, and Director of Strategic Philanthropy at Washington Performing Arts Society. Carolyn's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Arts Administration from Florida State University, a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from the University of Wyoming, and an Associate of Arts in Music from Northwest Community College.
