Frank Abdale is the Founder and Chief Consultant of Abdale Consulting, LLC, established in October 2008, where the focus is on assisting dynamic leaders in strategic and succession planning, as well as board development, particularly in response to COVID-19. Frank has extensive experience as a facilitator and trainer, providing services for various nonprofit organizations and conducting workshops for The Support Center and Foundation Center. In addition to consulting, Frank serves as a Senior Associate Consultant at the Support Center for Nonprofit Management and is a Certified Governance Trainer with BoardSource. Frank has held leadership roles, including Chair at the Association of Nonprofit Specialists, where strategic reinvention was achieved. As Executive Director of the Association of Nutrition Services Agencies, Frank significantly expanded the organization’s influence and funding while initiating key advocacy efforts and international programs. Frank’s earlier experience includes serving as a Partner at Mitchell/Abdale Associates and Deputy Director for Program at God's Love We Deliver. Frank's educational background includes studies at Queens College from 1969 to 1971.
