Wendy Daines has over 20 years of experience in executive recruiting and client solutions consulting. Wendy began their career in 1998 as a Recruiter & Executive Assistant to the CEO at iGo Corporation. In 2000, they joined Korn Ferry as an Associate, where they managed all aspects of executive search execution and successfully placed senior executives in the Software and Emerging Technology Practice. In 2001, they moved to SpencerStuart as an Associate and managed all aspects of executive search execution and successfully placed senior executives in Consumer, Technology, Sports/Media/Entertainment, Professional Services and Industrial industry sectors. In 2003, they joined Russell Reynolds Associates as a Research Consultant and oversaw all aspects of search execution from strategy to research, knowledge management, pipeline, outreach, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and candidate and consultant management. In 2005, they launched their own executive recruiting advisory, Wendy Daines Recruiting, where they partnered with top executive search firms and corporate talent teams to identify and recruit sought-after talent, as well as establish long-lasting advisory relationships with candidates. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Boardspan Inc. as a Client Solutions Consultant. Boardspan is a leading provider of digital governance solutions for boards across all sectors.
Wendy Daines received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Wendy'story from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1995. In 2016, they obtained a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University. Wendy is currently pursuing a Master Certificate in Talent Acquisition & Planning from Cornell University.
