Andrew Bank has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Andrew began their career as an intern at Abrams Artists Agency in 2010 and later worked as a Production Assistant at Toshiba, where they also filmed behind-the-scenes features. In 2012, they interned at NearTV, a non-profit community television station, where they assisted in webseries filming and video editing.

In 2013, Andrew joined Fox Searchlight Pictures as an Assistant to the SVP of Production and later became an Acquisitions Intern, assisting in film festival preparation and daily office duties. Andrew then worked at Fox Sports as a Coordinator, where they developed pitch documents, coordinated production calendars, and served as a Production Coordinator/Associate Producer on various projects.

Andrew's career continued at IMG in 2014, where they worked as a Coordinator before joining Boardwalk Pictures in 2015. At Boardwalk Pictures, they held multiple roles, including Post Production Coordinator, Post Production Producer, and currently as Vice President, Post Production. In their current role, Andrew is responsible for overseeing post production processes, liaising with producers and networks, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects to buyers and distributors.

Andrew's work experience also includes being a board member at Camp Harmony since 2006, demonstrating their commitment to social causes alongside their professional pursuits.
