Head of Brand Storytelling at Boardwalk Pictures

Caitlin McGinty has extensive experience in the entertainment industry, with a focus on development and production. Caitlin is currently the Head of Brand Storytelling at Boardwalk Pictures since September 2021, where they are responsible for building the brand division of the production company. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Producer at Boardwalk Pictures, starting in December 2018, where they played a key role in the development and production of various series in partnership with Netflix.

Before joining Boardwalk Pictures, Caitlin served as the SVP and Head of Development and Programming at The Story Lab from September 2015 to July 2018. In this role, they oversaw the creation of original content and successfully connected clients with their desired audience by producing relevant and compelling entertainment.

From December 2014 to July 2015, Caitlin worked as the VP of Development at Relativity Media, where they continued to oversee development and production for Lexus' short-form content platform. Caitlin also co-produced the digital feature musical "SUMMER FOREVER" in collaboration with strategic partners.

Prior to that, Caitlin held various roles at The Story Lab, starting as a Development Executive in January 2014 and later becoming the SVP and Head of Development. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in architecting the development strategy for Lexus' original short-form content platform and creating a robust slate of projects.

Caitlin's career in the entertainment industry began at Alloy Digital/Generate in March 2009, where they worked as the VP of Content Development. Caitlin developed, packaged, pitched, and sold concepts across all television genres to major networks, managing the creative process from conception to delivery.

Before Alloy Digital/Generate, Caitlin worked at Bushwacker Productions as the Director of Development from August 2006 to July 2008. Caitlin developed comedy, drama, and non-scripted projects, selling them to various networks, including ABC and the Style Network.

Caitlin McGinty attended Northwestern University from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication Studies from the School of Speech.
