Jamie Granet Bederman started their work experience in 1998 as an Assignment Assistant at MTV News. jamie then worked as a Talent Booker at VH1 and Central Talent Booking in 2000. In 2002, they joined NBC as a Senior Talent Executive for Last Call with Carson Daly, where they worked until 2007. Jamie then became a Talent Consultant for Sundance Channel's Iconoclasts from March 2008 to September 2008 and later joined AMC TV as a Talent Consultant from October 2008 to January 2009. From 2009 to 2023, they had various roles at Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, including Talent Executive and Supervising Producer. In 2017, they started working as a Producer at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Finally, in 2023, Jamie became the EVP of Alternative and Talent at Boardwalk Pictures.
