Pga Rob Failes

Rob Failes, PGA, currently serves as the Player Development Leader at Boar's Head Resort since May 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Staff Instructor and intern at Carmel Country Club Inc from March 2017 to May 2021, and internships at various prestigious golf clubs including 1757 Golf Club, Sleepy Hollow Country Club, and The Country Club of Virginia. Rob's foundational experience in operations began at Lakeview Golf Club from 2010 to 2012. Rob completed a Bachelor of Science in PGA Golf Management at Clemson University, where studies spanned from 2013 to 2017.
