Sarah Lee Master

Sarah Lee Master has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as Total Rewards Global Specialist at Boart Longyear since August 2011. Prior roles include HR Manager for the US, Mexico, and Western Australia within the same company. Previously, Sarah held various HR positions at Honeywell Aerospace from June 2007 to August 2011, including HR Manager and Sr. HR Generalist, where responsibilities encompassed staffing, compensation, employee relations, and talent management for over 1,300 employees across multiple engineering centers. Sarah holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University.
