John Connors has a extensive work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. John started their career at Hill Holliday in 1989, where they worked as an Account Executive and later became the SVP of Account Management. During their time there, they played a key role in building the first Internet group and contributed to the agency's growth when it was acquired by Interpublic in 1997. In 1999, Connors joined McCann Worldgroup as the CEO of Zentropy Partners, where they led the Internet services vertical and worked with some of the largest clients in the world. John then co-founded Boathouse in 2001, where they currently serve as the CEO.
John Connors completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania between 1985 and 1989. Prior to that, they attended Belmont Hill School from 1979 to 1985. Later, in 1996, John attended Harvard Business School Executive Education, where they pursued the Program for Management Development (PMD 71).
