Courtney Chalmers has extensive experience in marketing and brand management. Courtney served as a Vice President of Marketing at Boats Group, where they managed a team and developed strategies to grow traffic and increase brand awareness. Prior to this role, they were a Director of Marketing at the same company and oversaw the creation and launch of an integrated brand strategy. Courtney has also held marketing roles at Dominion Enterprises, including Director of Marketing & Brand Management at Boat Trader and Senior Marketing & Professional Services Manager at Vehicle Web Services. Additionally, they have experience teaching digital media classes and organizing charity events, and is currently a Founding Member of Chief, a private network for senior female leaders.
Courtney Chalmers attended the University of Virginia and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media. Courtney also studied Business/Managerial Economics at the University of North Carolina Wilmington but it is not clear if they completed a degree program there. In 2014, Chalmers attended The Wharton School for an Executive Program in Customer Centricity, where they focused on the right customers for strategic advantage.
