John Souch

John Souch has over 15 years of experience in sales and management roles. John started their career at Pepsi in 2005 as a Territory Sales Manager. John then joined Dominion Enterprises as a Sales Manager in 2007 and worked there for three years. In 2010, they joined Dominion Marine Media, LLC as a Field Sales Manager and later held the position of US Sales Director, Boat Trader & boats.com (2012-2014) and Director of Sales, Boat Trader & boats.com North America (2014-2015). Since 2015, they have been working at Boats Group, where they held the position of Director of Sales, North America (2015-2020) and currently serves as Vice President of Sales.

From 1999 to 2003, John Souch attended the University of Notre Dame, specifically the Mendoza College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing.
