Laura Donaldson-Davidson

Laura Donaldson-Davidson has worked as an International Credit Controller at Boats Group since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Consultant at LDD Consulting from January 2021 to August 2022. Laura was also the Global Operations Director at TBD MEDIA from January 2018 to January 2021. From February to November 2017, they worked as an Operations Manager Europe at Asurion. Laura also worked at PaymentSense as a Complaints Manager from February 2016 to February 2017 and as a Customer Service Quality Manager from September 2015 to June 2016. Before that, they worked as a Freelance language trainer, translator, and editor from 2007 to 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Quality Compliance Auditor at Serco from January to August 2015, as a Freelance Translator-Interpreter from March 2010 to January 2015, as a Senior Project Manager at LTC in February to June 2014, and as the Head of Academic Operations at SPELT Idiomas from April 2013 to January 2014.

Laura Donaldson-Davidson completed their high school education at Kurfürst Ruprecht Gymnasium from 1994 to 2004, majoring in German Studies, English Studies, and Chemistry. Laura then pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) from Universität des Saarlandes from 2004 to 2009, specializing in Linguistic, Comparative, and Related Language Studies and Services. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Six Sigma: Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Foundations from Lynda.com in September 2017 and Teaching Knowledge Test from Cambridge University in September 2013.
