Jaclyn Baumgarten began their career in 2000 as a Management Consultant for IBM Business Consulting Group. In 2005, they became a Development Manager for Westfield Group. In 2010, they were hired as a Director of Strategy for DaVita. In 2012, they became Partner and Chief Operating Officer for AH Global and also founded Cruzin, Inc. In 2018, they were appointed as a Board of Director for MasterCraft Boat Company. Lastly, Jaclyn has been CEO and Co-founder of Boatsetter since 2015.
Jaclyn Baumgarten received their MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2005, where they studied General Management. Jaclyn also obtained their Bachelor's degree from Wellesley College in 2000.
