John McLaughlin

John McLaughlin has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience spanning several companies. John most recently worked as the Group Finance Director at Bob & Berts since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Finance Director at Karro Food Group from February 2019 to March 2023. Their previous roles include Financial Controller at Dunbia Group from November 2016 to June 2018, Group Financial Accountant at Moy Park from November 2014 to November 2016, and NI Financial Controller at Westland Horticulture Ltd from November 2012 to November 2014. John started their career at PwC as a Systems Accountant/Chartered Accountant, where they worked from September 2008 to April 2012.

John McLaughlin started their education at St. Patrick's College, Maghera from 1997 to 2004. John then attended Ulster University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Accounting. Following this, from 2007 to 2008, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Accounting at Ulster University. Finally, from 2008 to 2011, they attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland, where they obtained the degree of Chartered Accountant in the field of Accountancy.
