Mike McCoy

Mike McCoy has a robust background in leadership and financial management, currently serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Bob Evans Farms, Inc. since July 2018. Prior roles at Bob Evans include Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. Previously, Mike held the position of Vice President of Internal Audit at Post Holdings, Inc. from January 2014 to June 2018, and served as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young from March 2007 to January 2014. Early in the career, Mike worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte from January 2005 to March 2007. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Missouri-Columbia (2003 - 2004) and a BSBA in Finance from Saint Louis University (1998 - 2002).
