Niilanjjan Amal Poddaar

Niilanjjan Amal Poddaar is an experienced professional in customer experience and operations management, currently serving as AVP & Head at BOBCARD, overseeing customer experience, customer delight, digital solutions, and business solutions since February 2020. Prior to this, Niilanjjan held the position of Vice President - Operations at Ziqitza HealthCare Ltd. for a brief period in early 2020 and was Deputy Vice President - Operations at Calibehr Business Support Services Pvt. Ltd. from June 2017 to December 2019. Niilanjjan's extensive career also includes significant roles at Reliance Communications, where responsibilities included launching DTH business and managing general operations, as well as experience in customer service management at Tata Teleservices Ltd. and Wipro Spectramind. An early career at NIIT Limited began as a Technical Trainer and progressed to Centre Head. Niilanjjan holds a PGDBA in Finance from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
