Justin De Leon is an experienced sales manager at Bob Smith BMW since September 2016, exhibiting exceptional relationship-building skills and a strong track record in negotiating and closing sales. Previously serving as a BMW Lead Genius, Justin demonstrated product excellence and provided high-quality technical support while training incoming team members.
