Mari-Liis Stroom has been in the customer service industry since 2011. Mari-Liis began their career at Tallinn Airport GH Ltd. as a Gate Agent, providing excellent customer service in accordance with a multitude of airlines and IATA regulations. Mari-Liis also trained, mentored, and supervised all new starters on ground service procedures to ensure smooth operation. In 2016, they moved on to become a Service Manager at Telliskivi 15, where they offered exceptional service with a team to all restaurant's clients. Mari-Liis also led, trained, and mentored a small team of service staff through in-house training and scheduling. In 2017, Mari-Liis joined Estonian Holidays as a Tour Operator, where they ensured that excellent customer service and memorable experiences were provided to all cruise tourists visiting Tallinn. Mari-Liis worked with cruise managers, striving to offer unique custom-made excursion programs to satisfy the expectations of the most seasoned traveler. In 2022, they started their current role as an Operation Specialist at Bob W.

Mari-Liis Stroom obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from Tallinn University between 2005 and 2008. In March 2021, they also received a certification in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage.
