Jill Smith

Jill Smith, SPHR, has a solid work history in the field of human resources. Beginning in 1995, they worked for USA Group (Sallie Mae) as a Senior WorkLife Administrator for five years. Following this, they spent three years at National City Bank as an Employee Relations Manager. In 2003, Jill joined MCL Restaurant and Bakery, where they served as a Benefits/Employee Relations Manager for four years.
