Ankita Jamuar

Ankita Jamuar has been working in the Human Resources field since 2013. Ankita began their career as a Trainee at Normet Group, where they gained basic knowledge of Human Resource Management. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Freelancer, performing recruitment, scheduling interviews and taking feedback. In 2015, they held two positions simultaneously, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Helpchat and HR Associate at Yumist, where they were responsible for recruitment, onboarding and orientation, applicant tracking system, exit interviews and documentation, payroll processing and HRIS management, and general administration. In 2016, they became an HR Generalist at Sagacito Technologies and in 2019, they were promoted to HR Manager at Bobble AI Technologies.

Ankita Jamuar completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounts Honours from St. Xavier's College between 2008 and 2011. Ankita then went on to complete a PGD- HR in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2017-2018.
