Joe Zhou

Joe Zhou is a Senior Software Engineer at BobCAD-CAM Inc. since February 2016, previously holding the position of Software Engineer at Caterpillar Inc. as part of the Semi-Autonomous Tractor System Behaviors Team. Joe Zhou gained early experience as an intern at Blue Belt Technologies and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, optimizing mesh generation programs and creating CAD format transfer applications. Additional internship experiences include product development at Unilife Corporation and research at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where simulations and experiments on milling processes were conducted. Joe Zhou holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
